Ordering

Browse for your favourite products and select the size, colour and quantity. Each product page offers more information about its benefits, ingredients and use. To add a product to your shopping bag, select the green button on the right of the page. You can then continue shopping or open your shopping bag to check out. From there, you can still remove products or adjust the quantities.

Babassu gift service

Our products make a lovely gift, complete with a personal message and festive gift wrapping. You can have the gift delivered directly to the recipient, without an invoice, of course. To use this service, simply tick the gift option for the relevant product during checkout.

Gift card validity

This gift card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. Once this period has passed, the gift card expires automatically. From that point, any remaining balance can no longer be claimed, refunded or paid out.

Out of stock?

If your favourite product is temporarily sold out, you can leave your email address on the product page. As soon as it is back in stock, we will send you an email to let you know.

In exceptional cases, a product you have ordered may no longer be available. If this happens, we will refund the purchase amount, including any delivery costs paid.
