Delivery

We do everything we can to deliver your beauty products to your door as quickly as possible. All orders are handled by PostNL, which delivers throughout the Netherlands and Belgium from Monday to Saturday. Delivery may take one to four working days.

• Orders placed on working days are dispatched within one to two working days

• During busier periods, such as the days around the holidays, delivery times may vary

Signature on delivery

As these are valuable products, we ask for a signature on delivery. This confirms who has received your parcel. If you are not at home, the driver will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. If that is not possible, the parcel will be left at a nearby collection point, and you will be notified.

Delivery costs

Orders over €45 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €45, we charge €6 for delivery.

Delivery to a different address

You can have an order delivered to a different address, for example as a gift. If you choose to have the order (as a gift) delivered to an address other than the billing address, the invoice will not be included.

Delivery to a PostNL pick-up point

You can also have your parcel delivered to a PostNL pick-up point. Please remember to bring valid proof of identity when collecting it.
