Eau d’Hadrien by Annick Goutal is an eau de parfum, an ode to Tuscany, inspired by a summer in which Annick Goutal, immersed in the memoirs of Hadrian, was moved by the gentleness of the hills and the purity of the Italian light. Refreshing bergamot and green mandarin recall Tuscan orchards, while juniper berries add an aromatic touch. Cypress gives the composition its vertical dimension. Musk softens the whole, creating a radiant, natural scent. The iconic bottle draws on the Art Deco style, a legacy of Annick Goutal’s past as an antiques dealer.

Annick Goutal passed away in 1999, but her poetic legacy lives on through her daughter, Camille Goutal, who has since become a perfumer herself.
