Yu-Son by ALTAIA takes its name from a twelfth-century Chinese poem, an ode to the orange as a symbol of love, happiness and constancy.
Sebastián and Marina first met in southern Italy, at a time when the orange trees were in blossom. This perfume celebrates that meeting and the love they found in one another, 140 years after their two families first crossed paths in Argentina.

Altaia is an acronym of ‘A Long Time Ago In Argentina’ and refers to the remarkable love story of Sebastián from Argentina and Marina from Italy. When they met in Positano on the Italian Amalfi Coast at the start of this century, they discovered that their ancestors had also met a century and a half earlier, far away in Argentina.
