Description

Angeli di Firenze Eau de Cologne by Santa Maria Novella is a blend of sweet, fruity notes. The scent opens with juicy notes of peach and the sparkle of citrus, with blackcurrant and jasmine at its heart and sandalwood, vanilla and musk in the base. It was released in 2006 in memory of the Florence flood of 1966. It is dedicated to the Mud Angels, young people from all over the world who poured into Florence after the devastating flood of 4 November 1966 to save the heart and history of the city.

Topnoten: limoen, gardenia, Afrikaanse oranjebloem, geranium, roos, jasmijn, ylang-ylang

In 1221, the faithful founded the monastery of Santa Maria Novella in Florence and began laying out a garden filled with flowers and herbs. Since 1612, the Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, the oldest pharmacy in the world, has been making artisanal products based on biodynamically grown herbs and flowers.

The classic colognes and the lovely products for hair, face, body, hands and feet are still made to centuries-old recipes, in the same authentic, artisanal way.
