At Babassu everything comes back to Feel Good Beauty: distinctive brands, a style all of our own and content that is not only beautiful but works. We are growing and are looking for a Content Creator & Visual Designer: someone who comes up with the ideas and carries them out.
Within the team you are responsible for the visual identity and content of Babassu. You translate our brand story and commercial goals into striking imagery and content, from concept through to delivery.
What will you be doing?
As Content Creator & Visual Designer you are a leading creative force within our team. You help shape how Babassu looks and then turn those ideas into strong, inspiring content yourself.
- Devising, creating and editing photography, video, reels, stories and other social content.
- Managing and improving our social media channels: analysing results, testing new ideas and adjusting where needed.
- Creating content for a range of channels, from the website and newsletters to campaigns and our boutiques.
- Safeguarding and developing the visual identity and look of Babassu.
- Translating trends in beauty, design and social media into content that suits Babassu and performs commercially.
- Contributing to campaigns, product and brand launches, events and other creative projects.

Who are you?
Above all we are looking for someone with creative talent, a feeling for style and plenty of enthusiasm. Someone who can work independently but also draws energy from creating together. You have a strong sense of imagery, styling, design and storytelling.
- Experience of content creation and running social media.
- Experience of photo and video editing, ideally including animation and motion.
- Knowledge of graphic design and experience of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, is an advantage.
- A hands-on, independent and organised way of working, and a strong sense of responsibility. A driving licence is required.
- A commercial eye: understanding that good content should not only look beautiful but also do something.
- A good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- An affinity with beauty, fashion and lifestyle, and an interest in the latest trends.
- A curious and enthusiastic outlook, with the drive to bring your own ideas forward.
- Enjoyment in working independently as well as creating, brainstorming and developing ideas together.
